Typically, smaller issues like procrastination or gaining clarity may require 1-2 sessions, while more complex issues, such as phobias, may take 2-4 sessions. For lasting change, research suggests around 15 sessions, though significant progress can often be made in about five weekly sessions. During our initial consultation, we'll estimate the number of sessions needed based on your specific situation.
How much does it cost for a session?
To book a Hypnosis session with Irene, you must first complete an initial consultation through a FREE Discovery Call. Hypnosis + sessions typically last 2 to 2.5 hours, with a fee of $225 CAD per session. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. You may reschedule your session up to 4 hours before your appointment without penalty. However, please note that cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
